Remee started out as hair stylist and in beauty where she predominantly worked on European and Afro hair. After ten years’ experience in this field she climbed the ranks to hold a director position at Rush Hair Salon. She later trained as a makeup artist in 2017. This gave her a perfect foundation to go into film, TV and music videos, and in very little time has worked on some of the biggest and most highly anticipated film productions.
First, she worked on a music video with Mr Eazi and J.Balvin creating looks and styles for backup dancers. Then she began at Pinewood Studios, where she worked for seven months on the new Star Wars TV series from Disney. In this role she created hair and makeup looks for a crowd of extras and supporting cast. This wasn’t her only work for Disney as a hair and makeup artist. In 2022, she was busy working on ‘The Marvels’ film, where she could unleash her creativity. Remee also worked on the film ‘Sumotherhood’ in 2023.
